The school holidays are nearly here and we are all looking forward to a well-earned break, however Melbourne is a great place for kids activities and we’ve picked some of the best of what’s on this July.
When students start secondary school they are usually very positive and optimistic about school. Then things can start to get harder, a bit more challenging, maybe they get a bad mark and become discouraged, or maybe their friends start to influence their attitude. Some students are able to overcome these challenges, while others let it affect their attitude and application to school.
This week many of our students will be taking part in exams. Whether it’s NAPLAN or practise tests, this can be a challenging time for both students and their families, some of whom will be experiencing anxiety and stress.
The senior school production of The Wiz opens tomorrow night, so we went behind the scenes to interview the lead players to learn more about these talented students.
