Performing Arts Teacher

Parental Leave Replacement | Full-Time | Fixed-Term Contract

Commencing Term 3, 2026 to end of Term 3, 2027

What We Are Seeking

We are seeking a passionate and versatile Performing Arts Teacher to join our community in a full-time Parental Leave Replacement position commencing Term 3, 2026 and concluding at the end of Term 3, 2027.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across music and drama from Junior School to Senior School, within a collaborative and supportive Performing Arts team. A comprehensive handover and crossover period with the current teacher will be provided.

The Role

The current teaching load includes:

  • VCE Theatre Studies – combined Units 2 and 4
  • Year 9 Drama Elective – Own the Stage
  • Year 7 and Year 8 Performing Arts (Music/Drama)
  • Year 6 Music
  • Year 4 Music
  • Choirs (support role, not musical direction)

The role also includes a pastoral mentor role, currently supporting a Year 8 mentor group.

In addition, the position supports key co-curricular Performing Arts experiences, including:

  • Junior School Production (September 2026)
  • Senior School Production (May 2027)

While the above reflects the anticipated load, the 2027 teaching allocation may vary slightly to best align with the skills and experience of the successful applicant.

About You

  • Bring strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Be committed to fostering creativity, confidence, and student voice through the Performing Arts
  • Hold (or be eligible for) Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
  • Hold First Aid and CPR qualifications (or be willing to obtain)

Experience teaching VCE Theatre Studies is an advantage but not essential.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Junior School Classroom Teacher (Year 4) for a full‑time Long Service Leave Replacement for Term 3, 2026.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative Junior School team within a supportive and well‑resourced learning environment. A clear handover will be provided to support continuity for students and families.

The Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for a Year 4 class and will:

  • Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences across the curriculum
  • Create a calm, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with teaching colleagues, specialist staff, and learning support
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Learning Support Assistant – Senior School (Years 7–12)

0.4 FTE | Fixed‑Term Contract to End of Year

What We Are Seeking

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support students in our Senior School (Years 7–12). This is a 0.4 FTE position, with days and times to be negotiated with the successful applicant, offering flexibility while contributing meaningfully to student learning and wellbeing.

Working closely with classroom teachers and learning support staff, you will assist students with diverse learning needs to engage confidently with the curriculum and school life.

The Role

The successful applicant will:

  • Support individual students and small groups within the classroom and through targeted withdrawal support
  • Assist students with organisation, engagement and learning tasks
  • Contribute to an inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and the Learning Support team

Personal Assistant & Junior School Administration Officer

Ongoing | Full‑Time (1.0 FTE) | School Term Time Only

What We Are Seeking

We are seeking a highly organised, approachable and proactive Personal Assistant & Junior School Administration Officer to join the Junior School team.

This full‑time, term‑time‑only role is a practical, operational position that supports the day‑to‑day running of the Junior School. Working closely with the Head of Junior School, teaching staff and families, you will manage a broad range of administrative tasks while acting as the daily first point of contact at Junior School Reception.

The role also includes a small component of administrative support to the Director of the Early Learning Centre, requiring flexibility and a collaborative approach across school settings.

This position will suit someone who enjoys being busy, is confident with technology, quick to learn new systems and highly proactive, and who takes pride in creating a welcoming and well‑organised school environment.

The Role

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to the Head of Junior School
  • Managing diaries, correspondence, documentation and meeting preparation
  • Coordinating Junior School activities, meetings and events
  • Acting as the front face of Junior School Reception, welcoming families and visitors
  • Managing general Junior School administration and supporting office operations
  • Responding to enquiries from staff, parents and external stakeholders
  • Supporting communication processes within the Junior School
  • Assisting with operational, compliance and reporting tasks
  • Providing limited administrative support to the Director of the Early Learning Centre
  • Supporting school events, including occasional out‑of‑hours commitments
  • Contributing to a professional, friendly and efficiently run Junior School office
