Application Process

Before completing the Application for Enrolment, please ensure you have your child’s birth certificate, school reports and any relevant academic, developmental and medical assessments forms on hand for upload. You will also be asked to pay a non-refundable Application Fee. We will contact you according to the entry criteria regarding an interview.

Your child will be invited to attend an interview with the Principal and Director of Admissions, or Head of School. The purpose of the chat is to learn about your child’s interests and strengths or areas where extra challenge, support or adjustment, may be required to assist in your child's appropriate placement. If we require additional information, Kilvington will reach out to you.

If an offer of enrolment is made, you will receive a formal letter, together with a Confirmation of Enrolment form for completion, and a request for an Enrolment Fee. Once we have received your completed Confirmation of Enrolment form and Enrolment Fee, we will confirm placement for your child.

FORMER STUDENTS - Our Alumni receive a 10% reduction on fees.
