Welcome to a new year at Kilvington!

We look forward to assisting you with your child’s preparation for 2019, whether you are a current family at Kilvington or new to our community – in which case we warmly welcome you!

Recently, you should have received a letter in the mail about commencing a new year at Kilvington. A copy is included here – General Letter – Commencement 2019. In this letter are details about what is required from you by when, as well as other important information.

Critical Forms

The forms below are a combination of mandatory and those that affect large groups of students. The deadline for receipt of the forms is outlined in your Commencement 2019 letter and on each form.

Data Collection Notice, Data Collection Information Sheet and Data Collection Information Form (all students and families)
Enrolment Confirmation Form (new students only)
Music Tuition Form (only students choosing to have music tuition in 2019)
Parent Code of Conduct (all families)
Students on a Visa or Born Overseas

Please download the above forms most relevant to you, complete them, and forward to the Admissions Department via admissions@kilvington.vic.edu.au or:

Requirements by Year Level

The following section is specific to each year level. Each has a combination of documents which are information only, and those that require completion to confirm participation in our Orientation Program (including Parent Morning Teas) and Early Commencement.

To help the School accommodate student and parent numbers at these events, please complete these forms at your earliest convenience.

ELC families will receive information directly from our ELC Coordinator at the ELC Information Evening. However, please note all ELC families are expected to comply with the Critical Forms section above. Please also complete the form below.

Community Engagement

As outlined in your Commencement 2018 letter, new families will be provided their log-in details to access the Parent Portal week commencing 17 December 2018. Current families can log-in at any time.

We encourage all parents to get involved in school life at Kilvington. There are many events and activities that you are welcome to be involved in either as a spectator or as a volunteer.
