Welcome to a new year at Kilvington!

We look forward to assisting you with your child’s preparation for 2020, whether you are a current family at Kilvington or new to our community – in which case we warmly welcome you!

To assist us in supporting your child’s start to the new school year, please complete the mandatory forms below and consent information.

Your Child’s health information, which includes emergency contact information, medical information and permissions, can be updated via Consent2Go . To update your child’s Personal Health Profile or your families contact details, please select the following link https://www.mcbschools.com/kilvington/studentupdate/ and enter the email address registered with the School. An email will be sent to the specified address with a link which will allow you to access your child’s Personal Health Profile.

Should you have any problems accessing the Parent Portal or Consent2Go, please contact our IT Department on (03) 9578 6231.

Requirements by Year Level

The following section is specific to each year level. Each has a combination of documents which are information only, and those that require completion to confirm participation in our Orientation Program (including Parent Morning Teas) and Early Commencement.

To help the School accommodate student and parent numbers at these events, please complete these forms at your earliest convenience.

ELC Students (all students)

ELC families will receive information directly from our ELC Coordinator at the ELC Information Evening. However, please note all ELC families are expected to comply with the Mandatory Forms & Information section above.

Community Engagement

We encourage all parents to get involved in school life at Kilvington. There are many events and activities that you are welcome to be involved in either as a spectator or as a volunteer.
