Location of the School
Kilvington Grammar School is located in the Melbourne suburb of Ormond, on the corner of Leila and Katandra Roads, two blocks from North Road and close to Ormond Station on the Frankston railway line. Public buses run from Glen Waverley, Chadstone and Clayton, Elsternwick and Elwood.

Bus and train services
Public bus services
(a) Driver Bus Lines 625, which departs from the terminus at Chadstone Shopping Centre eastern interchange (Bay 8) and runs via Oakleigh Railway Station, then via North Rd to Ormond Railway Station.
(b) Eastrans Bus Service, Route No. 630, travels along North Road from Monash University to Elwood. The bus stop in North Road (or at Ormond Station if coming from Elwood) is only a few minutes’ walk from the School.
Train service
Kilvington is only a few minutes’ walk from Ormond Station, which is on the Frankston line, two stations to the south of Caulfield.
Monthly, half yearly and yearly tickets are available from any railway station for use on public buses or the train. Student concession application forms are available from the School or from major railway stations.
