Our Debating Club is open to students with all levels of experience. It provides an ideal opportunity for students to learn to think quickly on their feet and to confidently deliver a speech in front of an audience—essential skills for tomorrow’s leaders.
We are known for our talented public speakers, and many of our students have gone on to win prestigious debating prizes in interschool competition.
Esports
Students have the chance to level up their skills by joining the action at Kilvington’s Esports Club! Dive into the fast-paced world of gaming where fun meets growth. Esports isn’t just about winning—it’s about building friendships, teamwork, and unstoppable confidence. Our Esports Club helps sharpen problem-solving and critical-thinking skills while enjoying a healthy outlet for stress in a supportive environment.
As part of an exciting interschool competition, students compete against other schools, develop communication and time management skills, and explore tech-inspired career opportunities, along with safe-gaming workshops to help students play smart and stay balanced.
Chess
Kilvington’s Chess Club is thriving, offering students of all ages and abilities the chance to learn and improve through regular professional coaching. Junior School students even have the exciting opportunity to compete in interschool tournaments and friendly matches with their peers, building their confidence and sharpening their minds.
Learning chess at a young age benefits children in countless ways. It enhances critical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills while boosting memory and focus. Chess also fosters patience, resilience, and a love for learning—all in a fun and engaging environment.
Robotics
We unleash student's creativity and innovation at Kilvington’s award-winning Robotics Club! From Year 5 onwards, students can dive into the exciting world of programming, robotics design, and problem-solving, all while collaborating with a passionate community of like-minded peers.

Running Club
Regular running, jogging, and staying active help children build strong physical health, enhance their mental well-being, and develop lifelong habits of fitness and resilience. The Kilvington Kelpies Running Club is open to both students and parents from Years 3 and above, all are welcome to join our staff for a jog every Wednesday morning from 7.25am come rain, hail or shine!
